RFP For GDEcD International Representation In the United Kingdom
The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain the services of a qualified firm or consultant to represent the State of Georgia’s economic development interests in the United Kingdom, with a specific emphasis on Georgia’s export promotion services and foreign direct investment initiatives.
The primary function of the contract (approximately 75%) will support the export of Georgia products and services to the following markets: The United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Benelux Union. Additionally, approximately 25% of the contract will be dedicated to lead generation and the attraction of foreign direct investment to Georgia from the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The International Representative must achieve a measurable increase in business recruitment opportunities as well as the export of Georgia products and services as a result of the work performed on behalf of the State of Georgia. The contractor must be based in the United Kingdom and have significant ties to the business community in market.
