Founded in 2012 by Aaron Noble, Poriferous has made a name for themselves in the surgical implant sector.

Poriferous designs, creates, and manufactures surgical implants that serve to restore and augment damaged parts of the head, face, and ears. Their products are 'Georgia Made' certified, which means that at least 50% was manufactured in our state and serves as a badge of pride.

Quality, timeliness, and price are three of the attributes that they see as setting themselves apart from their competitors. The team at Poriferous streamlines the process to create a quick turnaround time with a safe and efficient product. Their emergency turn-around time is only 72 hours, and Aaron has personally hand delivered items when shipping would take too long.

Not all of their products are as life-changing as a custom-made ear or an emergency reconstruction piece, but all of their products are made with cutting-edge technologies to provide surgeons with quality products that in turn give patients great outcomes.

The Poriferous team manufactures 3,000 custom and "off-the shelf" implants a week, and ships their product to over 40 countries around the globe. This team boasts numerous awards including our very own 2020 Exporter of the Year GLOBE Award in the "small company" category.

Aaron and his team work with Wounded Warrior and mission-based programs around the world to provide free or low-cost implants to those in need.
