RFP For GDEcD International Representation in China

The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to competitively procure the services of a qualified firm or consultant to support the planning and execution of Georgia’s strategic export programs in China.

Eligible bidders must have an established trade promotion/consulting background with a minimum of 5 years of experience providing export services to U.S. manufacturers, agricultural producers and services companies seeking to export to China. Bidders must be based in China and have significant ties to the business community in market. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Offerors with a proven track-record of innovative export initiatives tailored towards small and mid-sized businesses (defined as companies with fewer than 50 employees) are required.

Successful bidders must achieve a measureable increase in the export of Georgia products and services to China as a result of the work performed on behalf of the State of Georgia.
