Georgia’s Camera Ready Communities program connects film and TV productions with skilled county liaisons all over the state to provide local expertise and support.
The Georgia Film, Music & Digital Entertainment Office launched the Camera Ready Communities program in 2010 to train and certify Georgia counties to work effectively with production companies and provide local, one-on-one assistance in every aspect of production, from location scouting and film permits to traffic control, catering and lodging.
We encourage you to contact the Camera Ready liaison in the county where you are considering filming.
You can download a list of current Camera Ready liaisons, or view a map of current Camera Ready counties. If you don’t see a particular county listed, please contact our office. If you represent a county interested in joining the Camera Ready program, please email Craig Dominey for additional information.
