Chuck Little took the position of H.R. Director with AECA in January of 2000. AECA is a not-for-profit Trade Association. Its members are commercial and industrial electrical contractors who employ about 4,000 people. This position involves recruiting on behalf of the members; facilitating education and training programs for supervisors – up to the principal owners; dealing with safety and health issues members might need help in addressing.
Little has over 35 years of experience working for not-for-profit organizations. In addition to his position with AECA, Chuck formerly worked for the National Safety Council and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. His volunteer and leadership positions have included:

Chairman, DeKalb Technical College Foundation (now known as Georgia Piedmont Technical College). Treasurer, Georgia Chapter of American Society of Safety Engineers. Board Member, Georgia Operation Lifesaver. Board Member, Gwinnett Technical College’s Program Advisory Committee of Commercial Construction Management, Chairman, DOL’s Gwinnett Employer Committee.
