Financial Assistance

The impact that small and medium-sized private-sector businesses have on Georgia’s economy is significant. To help these entrepreneurs reach their goals, a number of outreach organizations provide forward-thinking incentives and customized financial-resource programs.

Among them is the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network, a statewide collaboration of seven schools within the University System of Georgia, as well as the United States Small Business Administration (SBA), which has a district office in Atlanta. The Advanced Technology Development Center, a business incubator of Georgia Tech, supports resources for science and technology companies.

No matter the size or industry, Georgia will continue to be proactive in creating financial-assistance programs for the growth and competitive success of the state’s private sector.
