In Macon, bring the family to a pair of great venues. Visit the Georgia Music Hall of Fame and come face-to-face with Georgia's rich-sounding music heritage and listen to the likes of Ray Charles, Alan Jackson, James Bown, R.E.M., Jermaine Dupri, the Allman Brothers Band and Trisha Yearwood to name a few. The Georgia Sports Hall of Fame brings to life Georgia's many sports heroes. As they dive into the activities of this interactive venue, your children will experience the power of imagination. From self-expression through dance to painting a mural masterpiece, kids enjoy creative environments and activities that inspire the pure delight of learning.

Travel north, and take a trip back in time at Prater’s Mill. The 19th century will come alive as you and your family discover this unique mill.
