International Businesses

Georgia’s place on the international business scene isn’t new and it’s growing exponentially, just as Georgia’s population itself becomes more diverse.

Among the factors contributing to this growth: the increasing utility of the state’s seaports, and access to the world’s busiest passenger airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International. And while these facilities draw international companies to the state, it’s the welcoming business community in all corners of the state that keeps them here.

The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) is committed to working closely with companies in Georgia who are looking for global markets and with international firms looking to either locate to the United States or secure American business partners. We have offices located in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East, all eager to introduce you to the state of Georgia and provide you with an exciting opportunity to bring your business ventures to a whole new level.

As a service to the state’s international business community, GDEcD and Georgia Allies offer a database of international businesses located in the state.
