"Entrepreneur Friendly" Phase II
As we continue to add value to the
"Entrepreneur Friendly" Initiative, we have recently introduced “EF” Phase II for Georgia’s “Entrepreneur Friendly” Communities.
In order to capitalize on the knowledge the local leadership collects during the “EF” process, making sure these efforts result in implementation plans to build an entrepreneur environment, we conduct strategic planning sessions soon after designation.
We wish to enhance that critical follow-up period by providing a facilitated strategic planning session within 30 days of designation to help clarify new visions, set goals and create ownership and time lines to achieve these new goals.
“EF” Phase II is designed to take place soon after designation but can also include a strategic planning session or reassessment of efforts on the annual anniversary date of a community’s designation, or whenever the community feels a need to strengthen efforts or just re-energize the focus.
EF Phase II will be a vehicle to share an “EF” community’s creativity and
best practices with other communities, state leadership, national organizations, media and states interested in what "Entrepreneur Friendly" is all about.
