Tax Credits The statutory incentives described on these pages are available to new and existing businesses that qualify. Often, the most advantageous incentives are available at the local level. Be sure to investigate local incentives when evaluating sites for your business. The term tiers as used in this document refers to the economic well-being of a county. There are 4 tiers.
