Movies Under the Stars
As the cold weather subsides and the summer season begins, what better way to spend time with your family than with an outdoor movie? There are a number of venues around Georgia that offer a fun getaway from the house to enjoy family and cinema under the stars. Pack your lawn chairs and blankets and relish in the simple pleasures of summer. Here is a list of outdoor movie events around the state to help kick start your summer adventures:
Atlantic Station, Atlanta – Movies in Central Park (FREE)
Showings take place on Thursday nights at dusk with fun activities leading up to the screening. Blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged. There are a limited amount of blankets provided. Picnics are welcome, and there are many restaurant options for carryout in Atlantic Station.
