GEARING UP FOR FIRST EVER GEORGIA SMALL BUSINESS WEEK

The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) is proud to announce the first ever Georgia Small Business Week.

With 99% of Georgia companies employing less than 500 people and roughly 95% employing less than 100, small business is no small part of the state’s economy.

In an effort to highlight some of Georgia’s outstanding small businesses and kick off Georgia Small Business Week, GDEcD will announce this year’s Small Business Rock Star winners at an awards luncheon, hosted by GDEcD and the Georgia Economic Developers Association (GEDA) on February 16, 2015 in Atlanta.
